Rice 1glass (soaked 30 minutes)
Green peas 1cup
Green beans 1/4 cup
Cauliflower 1/4 cup
Potato 1(diced)
Carrot 1(diced, optional)
onion 2 (cut thin and lengthwise) Tomato 1

Garam masala 1/2 tsp

Cumin 1 tsp

Curd 3 tsp
Fresh pomegranate seeds 1 tsp
Boondi 1tsp
Salt to taste

Directions
Grind the fresh pomegranate seeds with two teaspoons of curd
Shift in bowl
Add boondi some salt ..stir... keep aside
Heat the oil in the pressure cooker and add all the dry spices in it and fry
for 30 seconds.
Add onion and fry till light golden brown on medium flame
In between grind tomato with green chilly
Once onion became light golden brown
Add grind tomato
Add whole powdered masala and salt... stir
Add vegetables and cook for 3-5 minutes
Add soaked rice with 1.1/4 glass of water
Stir well
Close the lid of the cooker
Wait for first whistle on high flame
Now keep flame medium and cook Pulao for 3 minutes
Turn off gas and wait till cooker depressurize own
Set Pulao in a Square bowl
Let it cool
Shift in tray
Make a heart shape with heart shape cutter
Add Curd Raita in heart shape cut
